Después de una exitosa Carrera de 15 años en el sector bancario, Myriam ha transferido sus habilidades al campo de los bienes raíces. Ella ha aprendido por experiencia propia, que escuchar atentamente a sus clientes y cumplir con sus promesas crea una experiencia memorable y va más allá de las expectativas de sus clientes, permitiéndole crear y cultivar relaciones genuinas y duraderas, que son muchos más atesoradas y valiosas que los resultados de una simple transacción.

Originalmente de Colombia, Myriam llego a Canadá en el 2008 y ha experimentado residencia en London, ON, Calgary, AB y Nanaimo, BC. Gracias a que ha tenido la oportunidad de experimentar vivir en diferentes ciudades, ella conoce de primera mano, lo que significa re localizarse en un nuevo lugar y la importancia de recibir la guía y ayuda necesaria para encontrar el área y la propiedad perfecta para llamar hogar.

Con el Español como su primer idioma, Myriam ha agregado a nuestro equipo la habilidad de servir a nuestros clientes en un segundo idioma y de extender nuestros servicios a la comunidad Latina que día a día incrementa más en Nanaimo.

Cuando no está trabajando, Myriam disfruta pasar el tiempo con su esposo y sus dos niños. En familia, disfrutan acampar y explorar la naturaleza maravillosa de la Isla de Vancouver, descubrir nuevos vecindarios en sus bicicletas, caminar por los bosques con su perrita Maya y tener amigos de visita en casa para disfrutar de una deliciosa comida colombiana.

Originally from Colombia, Myriam moved to Canada in 2008 and has lived in London, ON, Calgary, and Nanaimo. Having relocated multiple times, she understands firsthand the challenges of moving to a new place, adapting to a new environment, and finding the right home. She knows how important it is to have the right guidance, and she’s passionate about providing that support to her clients.

Fluent in Spanish, Myriam is proud to extend her services to the growing Latino community in Vancouver Island. She is deeply involved in the local community, organizing activities to bring people together and fostering meaningful connections. She loves introducing people to one another and creating spaces where relationships can flourish.

Myriam has been married for 20 years to the love of her life and is a proud mother to two teenage boys. As a family, they enjoy camping, road trips, biking through new neighborhoods, walking scenic trails with their dog Maya, and gathering around the table for a homemade Colombian meal. She has a deep appreciation for good food, great company, and the little moments that bring people together.

A true ambivert, Myriam thrives in social settings and enjoys interacting with people, yet she also values quiet moments of solitude to recharge. She loves dancing, soaking up the sun whenever she can, and has learned to embrace the rain as part of life on Vancouver Island. A lifelong learner, she recently enrolled in yoga training—because why not? She believes in continuously growing, evolving, and embracing new experiences.

An avid traveler, Myriam dreams of one day retiring in Madrid, where she can continue exploring the world while immersing herself in the vibrant culture and sunshine.
